"Tom quoted to paint my house, and his quote was the most expensive but he assured me it would be a fantastic job. Unfortunately there were quite a few snags, but Tom did get his guys to return and eventually the Job was OK. I really Liked Tom, and as such asked if he would like to do another smaller job for me, I received the quote and we agreed on a date, this date was cancelled due to staff, then another date promised which was gain cancelled, then a further date promised and again this was cancelled, Tom eventually sent me a text saying he could bot do the job until October now really disappointing as the firm showed so much promise."

"The job was to repaint the outside woodwork (doors, windows, soffits, bargeboards, fascias) of our 4-bed detached house, which had not been done for 11 years. Tom and his team did an excellent, very neat and careful job, sorting out any sticking windows afterwards and refitting door furniture with precision, for example. They were all respectful and pleasant, and were minimally intrusive. There was a little rot to fix, and the end repair was invisible. Tom was short-handed due to self-isolation (very responsible) so the job took longer than planned, but such is life. Overall a very good experience."
