"Well.... after trying to get various builders to come and give us a quote for replacing some brick work and tidying up some of the repointing, I found Eugene of Dempsey Construction and Management. From the word go he communicated what he could do, when he could do it and then on the day of the work gave me a call to confirm the work was going ahead. The work was completed as per the plan and Eugene even turned up himself a few days later to tidy up some bits. I can’t really fault him. "After contacting this company regarding concern to what I thought was building structure and installation was going to require more work Eugene inspected the building and exposed some of the damage structure to show a structural engineer who came to inspect and confirmed everything was safe and all that was needed was remedial work to patch and fix the cracks around my balcony ...
